Our Mission is to establish the next crown jewel of BBQ Competitions.
A place where the smoke rises high, the energy runs deep and the excitement never stops. We will raise the bar with immaculate competition grounds, jaw dropping attention to detail and unforgettable banquets crafted to celebrate the hearts, minds and pallets of our KCBS BBQ family, delivering unique rewards, showcasing world class BBQ’ers, along with local entertainment and just good old fashion family fun for our families, friends and community.

We want to bring our ideas of beauty, fire, passion and excitement into the unbelievable world of BBQ competitions. Our goal is to build a leading edge event that pushes competition to the next level, challenging both teams and judges to elevate their individual love for flavor, technique, creativity and mastery.

As we grow, our goal will be to draw teams from all over the country, inviting them to showcase the very best in flavor, meat selection, knowledge and experience. We also aim to build an outstanding, highly trained educated panel of KCBS judges, who will deliver fair, consistent and expert results. Giving every team honest, educated scoring, along with the feed back they worked hard for and truly deserve.
